Unfussed is a service of [company name], [address], Chamber of Commerce (KvK) [number]. This statement explains which data we process and why.

Which data

• Your email address, so you can log in and invite your colleagues.
• Your organisation's brand profile: colours, fonts, logos and the brand book that Marketing uploads.
• What you make in Unfussed: your requests to the AI, presentations, images and brand checks.
• Usage data, such as how many presentations were created and exported, to improve the service and keep an eye on costs.

Who processes the data

• Supabase: database, login and file storage, in a data centre in Frankfurt (EU).
• Vercel: hosting of the app, with processing in Frankfurt (EU).
• Anthropic: the AI that reads brand books and writes presentations. [To be decided: processing in the EU via Amazon Bedrock, or outside the EU with appropriate safeguards.]

We have a data processing agreement with each party. We never sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

How long

We keep your data for as long as your organisation uses Unfussed. After cancellation, we delete it within [period].

You can view, correct or delete your data. Email us at [email address]. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
